"The hotel location is great, very close to the main tourist area and not too far from the Eurostar station. Room was very clean and super helpful staff. When I was there, the aircon on the sixth floor was not working, as the room faces the sun, it can get quite hot and stuffy, so we have therefore asked to move to another room. The staff was able to arrange that on the following day but the other room was also quite stuffy and it did not feel like the aircon was on. I’m not sure if it was turned...

"Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin.
