"Upon arrival to the convenient location I appreciated the parking stall in the covered carport beneath the cottage. Very comfortable and cute cottage with everything one might need. I enjoyed kayaking up the Wailua river and having the access with the private communal dock just across the cul de sac. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly to the breezes and sounds of the trees and rain with the windows open. Didn’t use the air conditioner, but nice option to have. "Nice peaceful place to stay with beautiful woodwork. The location was good with easy drives to all the nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed the portable hot tub after hiking all day. No AC as mentioned but that was never an issue, in fact we felt a little cool waking up some mornings. The house felt like you were staying in the rain forest which was nice. The housed felt a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but fine for 2 people. The dresser was filled with bedding-sheets blankets etc...

"Really loved this spot. Good for a family of 4 kids are 8,10. Well appointed in terms of all the amenities.owner was easy. Decor was a little dated but not in a bad way, just not a modern spot if that’s more your thing. Clean and comfortable so no complaints! "
