"The check in process was a complete disaster. THE PROPERTY IS MISMANAGED BY A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. TOTAL INCOMPETANTS! Examples: 1. Contrary to website policy, the property owner sent me check in instructions BY DIRECT EMAIL! Of course, it went to junk as sent using a name not found anywhere on site. "The property manager was friendly and very helpful! She recommended local places to eat and visit - and overall welcomed us to Berlin! The property was clean and full of all equipment we may need to use throughout the holiday. The area was not only quiet and calm but also a 10 minute walk away from the main town full of restaurants and cafes. S-Bahn into the city centre was about 30-40 minutes so would recommend to travel early! But overall a very convenient location for people who would like to...

"Vergeben leider nur drei Sterne insgesamt. Onlineinserat etwas schwammig, präzise Angaben zu Kosten der Haustiere fehlte, diese wurden erst beim Aufenthalt mitgeteilt. Die Räumlichkeiten rochen feucht muffig, vermutlich verursacht durch Zu wenig Heizen bzw. Lüften bei Leerstand der Wohnung. Schade, ansonsten eine schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allen was man so benötigt für einen Aufenthalt.Ingo Zilinski"
