"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. "I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! "The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!"
