"This apartment was very nice. It is new and was very clean. The sheets are a bit rough, but beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot so we were happy to have air conditioning although you have to leave the bedroom doors open as there is just one unit in the living room. "Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"

(Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "

"Great place. Very relaxing especially by the pool. Only issue is plumbing and electricity would go out but Erik helped me unseated how to reset. Seems they limit amount of power you can pull by design. Simple reset and was working. View from the pool is amazing. And a local club that handle classic rock— Pink Floyd cover on guitar, who doesn’t like that. We’ll be back"
