"We are a family of 9, and we got the 2 houses in the property. Is a farm with old houses but made it new, interiors are spectacular, you will have everything that you need. San’t Alberto is a small town very quiet that invite to relax. We went there just after the flooding that harm part of Emilia Romagna, mainly in Ravenna, but the town and houses here in Sant’ Alberto are totally safe, and we still can visit Bologna, Modena, Comacchio, Maranello, totally worth the trip. "Lage zum Meer war perfekt und das Haus sehr schön renoviert. Gerade die 2 Bäder waren top. Auch die Lage war sehr ruhig, der Weg zum Strand sehr kurz. Rundum haben wir eine tolle Woche verbracht. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Vermieter und der Agentur. Schöne Grüße aus Niederbayern."

"Nette Anlage. Das ganze hat leider schon ein bisschen gelegt und müsste ein wenig renoviert werden, aber grundsätzlich alles okay. Die Sauberkeit der Pools war nicht mehr die Beste (lag aber wahrscheinlich an der Nebensaision?). Pizzaria gut und die Preise in Ordnung. Positiv auch, das Strom (Klima) und die Endreinigung inklusive waren. Animation für die etwas kleineren Kinder (bis 10/11J) sind gut gemacht. "Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Etwas altbacken, aber OK. Der hintere Garten ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da dort weder Stühle noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Dafür ist die Terrasse vorne sehr schön und die reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Vear war hervorragend! Zur Lage : Man kann zum Strand laufen, jedoch ist dort fast alles privat mit Sonnenliegen belegt, bis auf ein kleines Stück Freien Strand.
