"The property was fine as long as you know the difference between a HOTEL and MOTEL. The sheets and towels were clean. The room was large and had a nice sized fridge, microwave and coffee pot. They allow pets (and even kids). There was NO illicit activity apparent in the parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. No bugs/vermin in rooms. On the downside...The free breakfast was cold cereal, some of the furnishings were stained, rusted, etc & I would not walk on the floors barefoot. Overall an acceptable place to stay in the area and great place for the price."

"We had a wonderful time at Lake House on Wateree! Although we had a wedding event that took most of our time, this property fit all of our needs & more! Huge home with amazing views! Waterfront, w/peaceful mornings with two porches from which to choose, great family room for TV watching & playing games, and TWO full size kitchens! Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. Garage offered a great pool & ping pong table. Our weekend went by too fast; we didn't get a chance to enjoy all this beautiful home had to offer! Trent was super responsive throughout the entire process. Fantastic weekend getaway :)"

"Pool was dirty. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bed comfortable and room nice. It was a beautiful day to sit by the pool but pool was not appealing. Water dirty and turning green. Breakfast was very good"
