"We only live about 30 minutes away but were looking for a quaint cabin with a hot tub as a quick getaway during our daughter's spring break. This place checked off all the boxes and then delivered on them! The cabin was cleaned and well appointed upon arrival. Furniture is all very comfortable. We had an issue with the hot tub functioning during our stay but the host was super responsive and had it repaired the same day. Will definitely stay here again."

"The cute quack shack house was right on the lake which is a huge beautiful Lake. John was very prompt in communication and very helpful and attentive. There was so much to do on property and so much more nearby. It almost felt like we had the entire Lake to ourselves. The property provided kayaks and paddle boards and other fun games. Bonus was that the property was completely fenced out which is great for pets to have off leash. We definitely enjoyed our time and will be returning. "

"Our daughter and son-in-law stayed there for 2 nights when their visit overlapped with our other daughter and son-in-law's visit. It's a very cute condo/cabin (?) - the only drawback was the very narrow and steep steps leading up to the second bedroom. Our son-in-law slept up there, and he is 6'1" so it was a bit awkward for him. It probably would have been a better idea for our petite daughter to have slept upstairs instead! Other than that, they said it was very nice and comfortable. I did go...

"My little family had an absolute wonderful time staying at this beautiful, clean cabin on lake Monticello! We had a blast fishing! We caught catfish, bream, and shell cracker. Also, the host was wonderful and responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future! 100% recommended!"

"Sunset Cabin was the perfect quick getaway from the real world. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and calming. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and sitting by the fire in the crisp autumn air. "It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all. "This location is ideal for getting to and from USC. The lounge services at the hotel are a nice bonus. Service at the restaurant is never the best (extremely slow for food!) but the drinks are the bar are good! Valet parking is great and inexpensive. Always our favorite place to stay."
