" El personal era estupendo.Los recepcionistas,supervisores (todo el personal) fueron muy serviciales,afables y respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas y necesidades. La habitación limpia,hermosa y moderna. No importa donde te encuentres en las facilidades del hotel con unas vistas espectaculares!! En el restaurant del Hotel ISLA del Encanto quede impresionada tanto por la exquisita comida y por el personal atento y bien informado,se aseguraban de que nuestra comida fuera memorable,ofreciendonos excelentes recomendaciones.No quiero pasar por alto a Los meseros Cristian y Marcelo waoooooo Excelente,Su atencion desde el primer dia hasta el Ultimo!! Dios Bendiga a todo el personal!!No puedo dejar de recomendar Hotel Isla del Encanto (Baru,Cartagena) para disfrutar de una fantastica experiència. Gracias!!!!"

"This is a very cool resort on a lush jungle island. Most of the rooms are treehouse bungalows, and there are a few waterfront bungalows with infinity pools. Not really a desitnation to bring kids, more a romantic getaway. Will definitley return."

"The location was beautiful and relaxing (except music drifting over from Cholon during midday) for a family vacation with children. The staff were very friendly and good at their jobs. The food was good. The location can be hard to reach by car after a heavy rain."

"We chose SABAI to end our trip for the peace and quiet it advertises. However, on one of the days we stayed here, the hotel accepted an exceptionally large group of really loud partygoers that really ruined the experience. I talked to the manager and explained my discontent, which she understood, and offered a discount. At checkout, the discount was forgotten, and I ended up having to argue with staff who gave us 20% off of one night, which is peanuts. Very disappointing. I hope that management realizes that booking large groups at the expense of the quality of guests is unacceptable and cheap. On the bright side, staff were wonderful and the place is great. Thank you to Miri and Juan and all the other staff members that were lovely."
