Along with superior facilities, the staff of course are the kindest, most engaging people and take pride in their Filipino culture of hospitality. Great property, worth the trip!"

"I didn't like that there was not a way to heat up food brought to the room. The front desk suggested the restaurant but i was not going to be the entitled American who asks the restaurant to heat up another restaurants food. "

" Impressive 5 star hotel in Panglao Island. Lots of activities for everyone including kids. The beach has lots of kelp / floating see weeds but it is being cleaned everytime.Not crowded and noisy. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Hotel buildings have a moderm design"
