"Our stay could have been excellent. We were in town for the Megan Moroney concert. However, the only negative would be that all elevators were not working at the Hyatt. There was a long wait from the room to the lobby and from the lobby to the room due to the middle elevator being out of order. "

"The shower drainage in my room was bad 3 inches or 4 inches of water by the time I was done showering so I reported it to the front desk and he said he'd take care of it and he didn't kind of funky if a woman was staying at the room. Coffee was great but the morning breakfast was terrible"
