"The hotel is very quiet, set away from the main road by itself. I got a room with a balcony and it was a great place to sit and watch the sun set over the blue ridge mountains. Beds are comfy, bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean but be prepared to be awaken each early morning with the trash truck emptying the dumpsters outside. The outlets are not situated by the bed so bring an extension cord to charge your phone. There is no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The grab and go breakfast is just that so we went down the street for breakfast elsewhere. "
