Charming home in a great location
This was a great place for us to stay. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. And the management company, didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care that we had a wonderful stay.

Just want to say what a beautiful, cozy, adorable cottage. Spacious inside and we absolutely loved the front porch, especially the porch swing, and the back porch with the fire pit at night. Generously appointed and supplied. Seth was so kind and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again. Thank you Seth.

Beautiful Home
This is our second stay at this adorable home. It’s very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Close to UK’s campus, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, restaurants and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised with the ping pong table in the garage this time! Will definitely stay here again.

We came to enjoy the horse farms and see the Ark Encounter. Enjoyed the fire table on cool evenings after sightseeing all day. Loved the porch swing and comfy beds!

Great family visit based at this house. Sean was very attentive and responsive. They even brought in two more chairs when our 1 yr old and 99 year old could not dine easily from the dining benches

October in the Blugrass
This house was perfect for a family weekend in October. The location was perfect for all activities and amazing walking distance to Kroger field. Great garage game area for everyone. Can’t wait to stay here again next October.

This house is in the perfect neighborhood for a Lexington visit. It is quiet, safe, and walkable to great food, drinks, and shops. We fell in love with this adorable neighborhood. The house was equipped with all of the basics we needed.

The house is perfectly situated in quiet neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants and stores. All the bed rooms are large and well laid out. It has two large living rooms for the end of the day gatherings. The house was very clean. The property manger was easy to contact and was friendly and welcoming.

Lexington weekend
The house was nicely furnished and was spacious. The fenced in backyard was great for grandchildren and the patio and pergola were perfect for cookouts. The location was great and central to everything including distilleries, horse park, Keeneland, groceries and Missy’s pies!
