I was checked in and when I looked at the room I asked if he could give me a different room.He did and he put me us room 135. The heat didn't work right it just ran until you shut it off so we either roasted or we're cold. The next morning I spoke with I believe that was his name and I told him this and he said that he would move us to a different room. He did this...

I must say the front desk people who checked us in more excellent and a big shout out to one of the housekeepers Ray.
