"The staff were very friendly from the time we booked and through the day and through the night and till we booked out. The room was clean but where the curtains were, could of done with a dust and a vacuum. Can't speak more highly of the friendly staff."

"Property has been totally renovated in an Art Nouveau/Deco style with the finishes across the entire hotel of a very high standard. The rooms are very well appointed and the public areas - bar, lounges, dining areas - finished in a sophisticated manner reminiscent of high end hotels you would find in London and Paris. "Was, well OK, check in wasn’t overly impressive, I forgot my wallet and there was a few blank looks over how I would pay the pay the deposit and pet cleaning fee. Bed was very firm and AC couldn’t be set under 20(I like it cold), very dusty behind TV, I had to switch it of and on at the plug to get it going. $80 pet fee I think is a little steep but at least there was a dog bed and bowl in the room."
