"Amazing, small and perfect. Everything I needed. So many things in the bathroom for your use, like a mini Walgreens. The folks cleaned the ice and snow of the driveway perfectly. They were very prompt with responses to questions. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and pleasant. The organization and immaculate condition of the room was wonderful. "I did not have a stay, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel was closed, there was someone there to inform us that the hotel was closed, there was no assistance offered to find a different hotel, we traveled 4 hrs to get there and did not have a hotel to stay in, there was no assistance at all, we were told that someone called regarding out reservations on 8/10, which was 2 months prior to the reservation, 1 single call with no message, there was no email or text, I find this unacceptable, we...
