Great staff, good rooms shame about the hotel
This hotel was only saved by the lovely staff. The hotel itself is a bit run down however the rooms are not they were perfectly adequate. My 2 girls, their granddad and I were very comfortable in the spacious room with a balcony that we stayed in. Unfortunately the hotel is on a reasonably busy road meaning we couldn't leave the balcony door open and the room got very hot over night. There is an air conditioning unit by the door but it was far too small for the room. The pool is small and also located at the front of the hotel in full view of the car park and road. Breakfast was late and of poor quality with no fresh fruit or fresh bread. The dining hall was not very clean with dead flys on the floor. This hotel was definitely not value for money however I would stay again if perhaps breakfast was included or seriously improved or the price changedto something more suited to the level of service and amenities. The rooms are nice and the staff attentive, pleasant and considerate.

We stayed as a stop over during our tour of France. Great location in an extremely picturesque French village. Pool area was on the small side but otherwise great. Having a balcony was an added bonus. Few restaurants in town but a 5 minute drive at most to neighboring town that was quaint and had more to offer.

Pool was very welcome as we arrived in 36 degree heat after a long drive! Staff very friendly and dogs are welcome. Little brook running in hotel grounds which dog loved! Good restaurant 5 mins walk down road. Out of Beaune town centre but we were only overnighting en route further south. As name of hotel suggests, set up for golf course next door. Would definitely recommend.

It stated in the description that there was a restaurant at the hotel. There is not and I would have not booked this had I known. Not the fault of the hotel who were very friendly and do offer a very good room service. Please update records.

Beaune escape
Only 5 minute drive into Beaune, but a relaxed place. By the Golf course, so nice and quiet location with a couple of excellent restaurants-bistros close by. Large, well equipped rooms. Perfect retreat after days of visiting wineries, with excellent wifi and room amenities and easy, free parking.

The hotel was a little disorganised, the beds for our children were not ready on arrival & obtaining a drink in the evening was not straight forward. Breakfast was pricy for what we got. However the biggest issue was that they insisted that we had to pay and we had not paid via our online booking. Unfortunately the language difficulties resulted in me having to pay and of course upon receiving my credit card bill upon return from holiday I have paid twice.

Great stop off for family with young kids
A great stop off hotel for the four of us [2 adults 2 kids] on the way to south of France. Staff really friendly. Hotel slightly dated but very clean. Would definately stay again. Pretty good for a wheelchair too [dad paraplegic].

Management should be ashamed
The condition of the room especially the bathroom(s) was so bad. They should have been updated/upgraded years ago. Great location and sweet front desk people but you can't overcome a bad/old room and corridors.

Very satisfied
We were quite pleased with the Best Western in hotel. The 4 of us 2 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable in the room. We ususally are like sardines in most European hotels but this one gave us a wonderful surprise of openess,space, and very well lit. The staff was very pleasant and the buffet breakfast in the morning was yummy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Best Western Hotel Colvert in Beaune
This hotel was relatively small and cosy and in a beautiful location. The room was a nice size and very modern. The pool was lovely and gated for the proteciton of children. Very conveneniently located to the city centre.

Best Western near Dijon
We were travelling from Belgium to Italy and used it as a stopover rest, so all we needed was a bed for the night and breakfast. THE GOOD The room was ample size with room for beds for our two small children (4 & 3 years). Breakfast was varied, and served in a nice bright area with views over the golf course. The service was reasonably good & efficient. Nothing special but nothing bad. The hotel is in a beautiful location in a small village, with golf course on the door step. Shame we didnt have much time to enjoy it. COULD BE BETTER The hotel in general looks like it was built about 30 years ago without much done since. Generally clean and tidy just a bit worn. The room had an old musty kind of smell. The car park is a bit small. It was full the night we stayed - not sure if the hotel was full but could be a problem in peak times.

Très bel hôtel dans un environnement verdoyant et paisible. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais l’avantage c’est que les toilettes sont séparés. À noter la qualité et le choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Impossible de travailler convenablement. Mauvais wifi et aucun réseau mobile (Bouygues télécom pour ma part). La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Déçu par la salle de bain qui n'est pas à la hauteur du prix.
