"The location, property / room style & friendly host could make this a 5 star location. However: i) The property offers a restaurant as part of its facilities listing. The restaurant(s) are in the local town which is a car journey away!! Very misleading. ii) Very basic continental breakfast. iii) The host ignored my messages requesting information sent prior to the stay. iv) Only warm water in the shower both when we arrived and the next morning. v) No soap provided for the bathroom...

"Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea...
