I needed a prescription filled and the lady at reception was able to assist me with making a doctors appointment for the same day which I’m told can be difficult for new patients. I know she had to ring around. "

"This is a very nice hotel located near some of the historic university buildings in Leuven. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre so it is conveniently located. It's also across the road from the OH Leuven football stadium so if you're in town for a match, its very handy for that. Breakfast was good and the honour bar was well stocked. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Obe downside is it lacks a restaurant for the evening but there are plenty of very good restaurants in Leuven. "
