"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. "One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who spoke perfect English. We had originally booked a room but we were upgraded to an apartment which I recommend. I would have book an apartment if I’d have know how great they are. The view was absolutely amazing, kitchen facilities which we used for all our meals instead of eating out. Very clean and tidy. The apartments are at the very top of the mountain so it’s very peaceful and quite. "
