The bed was so comfortable. I usually have to take my own pillow from home because hotel pillows are hard but this hotel has the best pillows. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We accidently left our swim suits when we checked out and they were so great in loading them on the room and holding them for us to pick up at a later date. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Lethbridge for the weekend.

We loved staying her the pool was so much fun with my 3 kids! This hotel location is perfect for food, gas and shopping. My only complaint is we had a room looking overlooking the pool and it smelled like chlorine, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We have one son with autism and one with a mental health disorder and the smell bothered them but it wasn’t a big enough deal to switch rooms. Overall the staff was so friendly, our room was clean, and it was quiet at night. We highly recommend this hotel for families!

Showed up to be put into a regular room even though we booked a balcony suite. And the hotel was going to charge us the higher rate!!!! Blamed it on Expedia and said all suites were unavailable. Mean while our travelling partners were still able to get a suite. Hotel offered a reasonable discount but still did not make up for the lack of space we needed. Then got to listen to children running the halls at 12:30am Disappointing experience. Would have rated the lowest but hotel gave a rate discount to compensate for the suboptimal experience.
