"I'm really glad we stayed here. It's as close to perfect as possible. Situated in a small village (with restaurants, shopping, EV charging, etc. not far away) it's a perfect location to explore the Pyrenees and their attractions. "I was greeted kindly upon arrival and allowed to check in early which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately the place wasn’t too clean, I found that my towels were stained and one side of one of my pillows also had some unsavoury marks. I also ended up with some itchy bites on my legs, so there is possibly a problem with bed bugs. "Germaine was so accommodating and helpful specially it is my first time in Lourdes. She took good care of me. It was such a short visit for me and I always arrived late at night with the activities in Lourdes. She managed my visit well. A few items for improvement, blankets during cold weather, and towels for bathing. Never had the time to ask for these as I left early and arrived late, but am sure it can be accommodated. All in all a nice visit to Lourdes with my thanks to the host."
