"Loved view, nice room. Transportation not clear or readily available. No cable TV. Kitchen had no basic items such coffee, S&P for travelers. No beach chairs available. "

For a resort of this cost and caliber, we expected a more upscale experience. Also, the food at the restaurants was disappointing, even for a hotel, and lemongrass was terrible. Also, the hotel made no mention of the villa rooms being across the street, up an enormous hill and only accessible via golf...

"We are seniors and while it wasn't easy walking conditions they had free shuttles that no matter when or where you were in the resort, they would pick you up and take you where you needed to go."
