"The property is well maintained with a great pool deck area, a gazebo for outdoor dining,and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked for anyone who wants to cook their own meals. The owner responded quickly to any requests we had. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in St. Martin."

"The property was wonderfull and despite a couple of electrical issues, when Valerie was made aware, she responded immediately and rectified the situation so all in all a Wonderfull vacation. Can't say the same for VRBO. Valerie graciously offered and refunded a portion of our fees for the minor inconvenience and VRBO apparently took her money but never gave it to us and that is on VRBO, not Valerie. Great property, great owner and would stay there again."

"We would like to start by thanking Linoel and Micheline for making our trip to Saint Martin a breeze. Meeting Linoel at the airport with the rental car company they recommended was incredibly convenient and stress-free.During our stay at the villa, Linoel made restaurant reservations at some very hard-to-book places and provided us with many excellent recommendations.Here are some pros and cons of our experience. Please note that the cons are not significant enough to deter us from returning.First, it's important to remember that this is a country villa, so you may encounter some bugs. Unfortunately, my wife attracts mosquitoes, and our first two nights were uncomfortable due to them getting into the villa. After bringing this to Linoel’s attention, he provided us with bug repellent and incense to help deter the mosquitoes.**Pros:**- As runners, we found this location to be amazing. There is a nearly 5 km loop within a gated community, making it very safe for running. We recommend going out earlier in the morning for the best experience.- The beach is just a five-minute walk or one-minute drive away, and it is one of our favorite spots on the French side. It may appear rough, but the water is very gentle once you’re in.- The area is nice, quiet, and peaceful.- groceries and places to enjoy lunch or dinner are only a few minutes drive away.- We loved the sweet Villa dogs**Cons:** We visited this villa Feb 14- 22nd and we did encounter some mosquitoes. "

Host gave excellent recommendations on grocery, restaurants and activities . Spacious enough for multi-generations to all have space. Worked with WiFi with no issues. Spectacular sunsets! "I had a wonderful and relaxing time at La Samanna. The staff is what truly makes this place special. They are very attentive and ensure that you are well taken care of. My favorite dining experience was at the Italian restaurant, where the food was excellent overall. I also had a massage at the spa, which was incredible thanks to the experienced staff. The beach is stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft sand at your feet. If you're looking for a quiet and rejuvenating getaway, I highly recommend La Samanna. I will definitely be returning!"

"The villa was absolutely stunning! Pictures and videos don't do justice to this property, it was more beautiful in reality. Alexandria thought about everything you could need. She helped with making resevations for rental car, boat, groceries, etc. If you are thinking about this villa, do it! Our group of 10 had the best time here, thank you! "
