Villa Zenitude is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. Nestled in a lush tropical garden, it's located in the exclusive gated area of Terres Basses, one if the most desirable locations on the island.

The owners have attended to every detail with exquisite taste - designer furniture, highest quality linens, towels, dinner ware etc.

The air conditioned villa features a very large bedroom suite with a king size bed, a tiled shower bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens up onto a large deck with a plunge pool and shaded gazebo. There you will enjoy your drinks while watching the sunset over Baie Longue and listen to the birds in the palm trees and hibiscus flowers.

A meridienne can serve as a bed for a third guest and a crib is available on request.

The many amenities include flat screen television with Chrome Cast, Optical fiberinternet connection and Bose Sound Link Bluetooth speaker. Also the villa is covered by an automatic electrical generator and a cistern in case of breakdown.

Villa Zenitude is located within the owner's 3.5 acres park, far enough from the residence to offer you absolute privacy but close enough should you need any assistance.

A ten minute stroll through the private road and tropical landscape of Terres Basses takes you to the gorgeous Plum Baie beach, a little further to the long stretch of Baie Longue, both private, safe and never crowded.

You will be ten minute driving distance from the airport and the village of Maho, with the golf course and a vibrant nightlife with restaurants, nightclubs and casinos (and of course more beaches).

In the other direction you will find Marigot, the Capitol of the French side of the island with shops, restaurants, bakeries and an outdoor market.

Five minute driving from your villa is a marvelous French market with produce, meats, fish and specialties flown in weekly from Paris.

You will feel very welcome in Villa Zenitude where all comforts - and a bottle of champagne - awaits you.

We loved our stay. Plum Beach (super close) was the best beach, security was awesome and we always felt safe, hosts were super nice and we couldn’t believe how clean it all was. The pool was great, the deck was wonderful, and the house was super comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay while we were there!

Best place for a relaxing holiday
Very friendly welcome and a beautiful location. The best beaches directly in front of you. If you want to go to St. Martin, I would say this is the place to stay.

St. Martin Villa
Villa was very nice and clean. We had a very relaxing trip. Beaches were nearby. Lionel was very accommodating. One item to note is that laundry service is available and will be returned to you the next day. The washer and dryer are not in the villa.

Private with beautiful garden
This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.

St. Martin Get Away
We had the privilege to stay at the Villa for 8 days. Lionel and Micheline were wonderful and very knowledgeable hosts. They have beautiful property. The stay was very quiet as well as restful. The restaurants that they suggested were great as well as places to go. It was a perfect blend of being on our own but having someone you know you could go to for advice.

Awesome location/awesome host
The property was gated within a gated community with access to the best crowd-free beaches ( great snorkeling and swimming). Towels, and chairs were provided. The kitchen was stocked with basics like fruit water, beer, champagne and some cereal so we didn't have to run out for supplies after a long day of travelling. We loved this property - it is indeed perfect for a romantic getaway!

Perfect relaxing getaway
This property has everything one may need during a vacation, it's a perfect home away from home. The location is private and safe, with a fantastic view. Very comfortable set up inside to allow for outdoor living in the kitchen and dining area while having bedroom area air conditioned. Easy access to both sides of the island. We loved everything about this villa. And the hosts are very generous couple who genuinely care about the comfort of their guest.

A Piece of Heaven
This beautiful villa in the quiet neighborhood of French Les Terres Basses checked all the boxes for us. Natural setting, quiet, private plunge pool, beautiful villa. Micheline and Lionel are the ultimate gracious hosts who are available for recommendations of where to eat but otherwise completely out of the way.

Simply paradise
Villa Zenitude is such a beautiful Villa. Micheline was a perfect host, very kind, friendly and eager to please. The Villa is private, in a secure neighborhood, near 2, beautiful, uncrowded beaches with the most gorgeous, turquoise water. The plunge pool was awesome, wonderful restaurants near by…… actually everything was perfect for our 3 week stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much, Lionel and Micheline.

We love Villa Zenitude!
We had a magical experience at Villa Zenitude! Micheline and Lionel were fantastic hosts - Lionel even met us at the airport and took us to pick up our rental car! The house and the property are relaxing and so comfortable. The house is a quick 10 minute drive from Marigot, and everything on the island is within 30 or so minutes. They prepared a full book full of maps, restaurant and beach recommendations and we loved every single one of their suggestions. We can't recommend this villa enough!

WE had a wonderful sty at Lionel and Micheline's Villa Zenitude. We stay in many VRBo properties and this is the best stocked one yet! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked, there were SO many towels, there was snorkel equipment, the island info was informative,... it had everything we needed. The villa is situated so there is plenty of privacy, just perfect for a week with your loved one. We will definitely stay here again. The Terres Basses is perfectly situated to enjoy Plum Bay, Long Bay and Bay Rouge and Happy Beach and Pinel are within a 30 minute drive. L'Express is wonderful for morning pastries and coffee and we highly recommend BE KOOL at Marina Royale. This is a gem of a VRBO!

Beautiful property!
Micheline met us at the airport after a long day of travel and immediately made us feel welcome! The property is beautiful and well equipped; everything you could need was provided. Beach chairs/towels, umbrella, coolers, snorkeling equipment...everything. The welcome champagne was so thoughtful and appreciated. She was helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. Above all, the property was quiet, private, and peaceful. We can't wait to return!

Just what I needed!
This property is one of the best! I've stayed in many vacation villas and homes and this one ranks at the top. The hosts are so accommodating and helpful. From assisting in arranging my my rental car to assisting with the delivery of my provisions prior to my arrival. I could not have asked for more. The property is beautiful and with sweeping views. Peaceful with Amazing Views
Communication with Lionel and Micheline was easy and they were very accommodating. They gave us all the information we needed for our trip due to covid and sent reminders on getting pre-approval to enter the island. Easy check in process with greetings at the gate and lots of information on the areas and places to eat and visit. The villa itself was beautiful with amazing views and with everything we needed for our stay. It's a private and relaxing place to spend a vacation if you're looking to get away from crowds. Beautiful beaches right in the neighborhood and a short drive to other attractions. It was hard for us to leave such a great place and hosts (and dogs) and will look forward to going back again in the future.

Wonderful anniversary destination!
Our stay at Villa Zenitude was the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. We used our St. Martin destination as our home base for several excursions and exploration of the island. Perfect location to get to the airport for a quick flight to Saba or a boat trip out of Oyster Bay to snorkel Anguilla. Lionel and Micheline provided answer to questions ahead of time and helpful suggestions when we were on site. The recommendation for a romantic dinner at Le Pressoir was spot on as well as every other suggestion they had for us. Lionel met us at the airport and allowed us to follow him to not one but two grocery stores so we could enjoy the majority of our evening meals at "home" on the grill by the pool. Our hosts thought of everything ! The perfect space for a relaxing getaway!

Great Retreat with a view
This was my first trip to StMartin, and I would definitely recommend the Island and our location. Our villa was perfect. Our hosts were great, meeting us at the airport, putting away our groceries that we had pre-ordered and giving us great recommendations. Our days started with 5km 8 a.m. runs (need to go early). You can get some hills and flat, with your final destination being 2 great beaches. The beach is about a 1km walk back to the villa (just enough time to dry off from your post run dip). We rented a car and had dinner every night in Marigot and Grand Case (a 10-15 min drive respectively). I would also agree that the expresso machine was so nice. Coffee with the views are being missed sadly as we have returned home.
