"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks.
