"This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we were pleased to find the high standards we experienced last time remain. The property has been well maintained and there were even improvements from our last visit, for example the addition of a freezer. As we have now experienced the property in both hot and cool weather, we can confirm it is well suited to both. The pool is set to an ideal temperature, and the electric shutters help deal with sun and stormy weather. Once again I will mention the ideal location for this property, it is on a quiet street within easy walking or cycling distance of local towns and shops, and an easy drive to places such as Royan, Rochefort, La Rochelle and the islands. Special mention to the host and Sylvie for excellent communication and flexibility regarding arrival and departure times."
