"Phenomenal attention to detail, including lovely welcoming treats! Paul has carefully considered the needs of his guests and accommodated them all. Most vacation rentals lack some important amenities, but not Paul's. We were amazed at just how well it was furnished and how spotless it was. "A lovely cottage with a lot of character. Amazing communication and help from the owner. Lovely setting, near to a lot of places of interest to go with the family. Rooms are all a lot larger than appear in the pictures. Nearby field outside the village has a very friendly little horse too!"

"The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies."

"La Maison des Greves is a lovely property, ideal for either a relaxing break or as the focal point for visiting the many historic sites which the area has to offer. The large garden was perfectly suited to our plan to unwind for a fortnight, and the fact that it is shared with the gite next door was not a problem. "Unfortunately I was unable to stay at this property due to an unexpected family hospitalisation. The communication with the owner was excellent from the time of the booking to the understanding and the support when I had to cancel at the last minute. We will certainly be rebooking this property again in the near future"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the house. It has all you need for a very comfortable holiday. The location is so peaceful and perfect to retreat to at the end of a lovely day in either Brittany or Normandy. The beaches of Brittany are a drive away but well worth the effort and there are many local historic towns to visit too. The owner Jean is extremely nice and very helpful whilst simply allowing you to enjoy your stay. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely house and will return...

"Very clean comfortable apartment in a wide open space opening out onto the pool. Great seating area on the balcony (Downstairs apartments had a good space outside their units). Apartment was well fitted out. A little far from the village but easy driving and parking. A good location to explore Mont St Michel."

Luxury stay close to Mont St. Michel

"A gem of a place in the vicinity of Mont St. Michel. The owner personally welcomed and took us to our suite which was spacious and luxurious. The attention to detail of what it offered was extraordinary and the room was extremely quiet. For breakfast, we had croissants and coffee-- the very best croissants in all of France and the coffee was superb! And for a nominal fee, we were also driven a few minutes to the shuttle bus going to Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey. All in all, an enjoyable stay at this hotel which we would highly recommend."

"Historic building made into a charming hotel. I stayed in one of the new, renovated rooms but most of the hotel is an old and cozy building. Staff are bilingual, rooms are clean, and it’s in a good location in town. I hope to stay there again one day!"

"We stayed at the little house and it was splendid. Very spacious, it smelled great. Beds are truly comfortable. This place has everything a family of four could need and more. Their grounds are beautifully trimmed and kept, maintained and designed. Breakfast buffet was beyond delicious, their bread and crepes were very good. It was all very clean, calm, and quiet. I need to go back and stay many nights there. I will recommend for sure! All the staff here, every single person that works here greeted us with a smile. Thanks to all of you! "
