"This was a really great hotel, the room was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. The area is well connected to the rest of the city with good transport links- I was working at the other end of town but it was really easy to get there. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby."

"This hotel is very dirty. They don’t show you picture of the bathroom because it is very dirty and tiny…smaller than cruise ship bathroom of “interior room”. The floor is dirty and the bed sheet is dirty. At 5am, a stranger knocked on my door and continuously kicked on my door. It was very unsaved and I didn’t have any means of contacting the staff bc there was no phone in the room and I wasn’t given a contact number of the reception."

"This is a great hotel in a good location for a stopover and with an onsite restaurant for an (excellent) dinner. Breakfast was superb with a huge variety of choice and lots of fresh produce. The staff provided an excellent service and the room provided everything we wanted wuth great attention to the things that travellers need. We were travelling with our electric car and the ability to charge overnight was a huge bonus. There is a large bank of Tesla chargers which we weren’t able to use but the hotel have two universal chargers for guest use only. This worked very well with a receptionist coming to unlock the charger space and explain what to do. A really excellent stay. Thank you. "
