The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. "This beautiful hotel was located next to a train station which made our traveling convenient and easy. We loved the use of the back entrance as we walked everywhere. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was a good size for the 3 adults. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the mini fridge. My daughter is attending LCU and it was perfectly located to walk into Vieux Lyon and the Bellacour Square. "

"I arrived to find there was no hot water, which was disappointing after a long journey. However, it was fixed by the morning, and I appreciated the prompt resolution. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and the staff was responsive. Free parking. 2 miles away from city centre. Would highly recommend."
