"Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."

"From start to finish our stay at the property was easy. We had parking and a key fob to come and go as we needed. The duplex itself was perfect for our family of 5. "We booked this hotel for one on our trip to the south of France and found a true gem of hotel. Super friendly host lovely pool and comfortable bed . "Enjoyed a pleasant two night stay here. With some advanced notice, we were able to arrive late and check in the following morning. The room was comfortable for my family of 5 and Herve served a fabulous breakfast for us each morning. Herve provided us with a map of Lyon and circled some places we should visit for a daytrip into the city. "This place would have been what it promised, a place of dreams: remote, rural, beautiful, wonderfully appointed, easygoing, friendly. BUT. After going quite a long distance out of our way to find this special place, being greeted by the friendly owner, moving into our room, and hitting the pool, the owner returned to tell us that he had double-booked the room, and we would have to leave. So we had to get out, get dressed, and leave to make another drive to find another hotel (sight unseen)......
