"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

"We enjoyed our stay Immensely. We were there for a week and Lisa was very attentive to our needs! The beds were extremely comfortable and the space itself quite large and well kept! Even the welcoming bottle of rose was great!🍷 The full kitchen with cooktop, stove and microwave came with full plates & cutlery so we made dinner some nights. Washer & dryer & dishwasher were also most appreciated. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Lyon!"

It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. "Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."

"Nice apartment in good location. Check-in process was easy although messages sent the day before to confirm we’re not responded to so called early on day of arrival. Apartment is definitely stylish with some unique pieces which is great but needs to get some of the basics of comfort down first. For example, instead on 6 decorative cushions on the bed, maybe invest in quality pillows for a good night’s sleep. The corkscrew provided was of such poor quality that it broke trying to open a bottle....

"Bel appartement bien situé très spacieux et lumineux Dommage que certains petits détails gâchent le tout. Pas de théière, une simple boule à thé ferait l'affaire. Rideaux de bain douteux et joints de carrelage moisis. Brosse des WC dans un état pitoyable Et pour commencer la quête de la clé s'apparente à un jeu de piste avec une épreuve de contorsion pour la récupérer. Ça dans la nuit à 23h après un long voyage c'est pas cool. Bien au global quand même. Merci"
