"I cannot find anything negative to say about this property. It is just perfect! I booked it to stay with friends for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we had the most amazing time. The pool is beautiful, the view breathtaking and we will be back soon no doubt! Pascal, the owner, is also very friendly and communication has been easy. Thank you Pascal!"

"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "This villa in the hillside community of La Farlede (above Toulon) was fairly wonderful. It's an expansive home with four bedrooms (each with individual AC units, which proved invaluable as it was rather warm during our stay), generous-sized living/dining area and a wonderful outdoor kitchen/dining area adjacent to an inviting pool and hot tub. "The house itself is fine enough, although the tv did not work, and the pool surround was locked, and one of the mattresses was not good for the back. The real objection lies in the day-long, unavoidable (even indoors) noise of motorbikes heading to the yearly Bol d'Or meet, which builds up to the main event itself at the end of September by holding regular races throughout the month thereby attracting motorcyclists from all over Europe who then use the only road to the Castellet circuit that...

"The property grounds are amazing. There is lots of room outside and many areas set up with chairs to hang out with beautiful views. The “Paradise” was our favorite spot to take our morning coffee. Having a kitchen equipped with 2 fridges and 2 dish washers is well thought for 20 people. "

"We had a very happy time. Spacious house, lovely warm pool, excellent facilities. Paid extra for rather old towels and some carpets need a clean but these were incidental to a lovely holiday. Good, easy communication both with the owner beforehand and with Marion who let us into the house. Apologies for breaking lamp which we were happy to pay for. Thank you for our holiday."
