"The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "

"Great place to stay while stopping in Vienna if you want to stay closer to the train station- super convenient location and only a few minute walk from the terminals. There are always several Lime scooters around because of the station so it’s super easy to grab one and gooo! There was slight disappointment at first when I realized there was no coffee maker in the room itself, but that was quickly remedied as they have one of those fancy coffee makers with a bunch of options down in the breakfast area. Staff was super friendly and helpful 10/10 for them. Overall clean, and convenient location with wonderful staff. "

"Leaving this hotel was hard because it was perfect in every way. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We fell in love with Vienna and walked the city daily but still wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities like the sauna at the hotel. The rooftop bar was so nice but do expect the pricing for drinks to be higher than anywhere else in the city. The rooms were spacious and we did yoga every morning since we had the space to in the rooms. The shower was phenomenal and the views immaculate. I would definitely come back to Vienna and my first choice of stay would be Jaz!"

"Very comfortable large room. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere."
