Only thing they need to work on is their inroom dining, I ordered a meal at 7pm, after it hadnt arrived by 8pm I phoned down again and it finally arrived around 40 minutes later. I was told it was a mix up with room numbers but surely a hotel brand of this calibre should have the room number show up on their switch board.
