"The house was exactly what we were looking for including a hot tub. Arrived at the house and got situated. When I checked the hot tub, it was already on and at temp. I've been in a few rentals where the hot tub was off and took almost a full day to heat up. Kudos to Ginger. Ginger & I traded messages and we talked so she could share all the info necessary to ensure our stay was successful. Even during the stay she was super responsive. She even followed up after our stay to say we had forgotten something. She worked out a way to get it back to us! Fully recommend!!!"
