"Rooms are lovely and cosy, bathroom and kitchen area very clean and full of all things needed, bed and pillows very comfy and comes with cloth that can be closed around bed which is a nice touch, furniture was very pretty and check in was easy, staff helpful and overall a very lovely stay (and very cheap - I’ve stayed in 5* hotels that have been nowhere near as nice!) :) "

During our stay, our son fell ill with a high fever, and we were desperate to extend our checkout time so he could rest a little longer before our flight. Despite being fully booked due to the holiday season, the staff went above and beyond by extending our checkout time by two hours. This incredible act of kindness made such a difference for us during a stressful moment, and we are beyond grateful. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, quickly answering our questions, or going the extra mile during an emergency, they made us feel cared for and valued as guests.
