"The property was in a very good location. The decor seemed a little on the romantic/sexual side of things, but it was very accommodating. The whole building was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. We arrived late and the door was locked and when we buzzed, we had someone come around and get us to get around. The staff was very nice and took us back over to the self check-in kiosks and it went very smoothly after that. We did not have any issues at all the entire stay."

"Leiden is a fantastic city. It’s a little Amsterdam without all the people. This hotel is well positioned within the city. It’s a walking city. Our room was large and very clean. A full kitchen which was really nice. The lobby has an amazing coffee maker which is free all day. It also offers hot chocolate and tea. Quiet location just off a Main Street. The hotel also has AC. Beautiful hotel and great staff !! "
