This hotel is very outdated with old sewage system, moldy faucets, slow running tub and sink that are clogged. They used old towels and also are very conservative about giving guest more than 2 towels in the room. They also charge you for dirty towels, even though that’s is part of the hotel’s amenities. So don’t get your towels dirty as they claimed they do not use bleach to clean their towels. The rooms ar not cold enough and there’s always mosquitoes eating you alive at night when you are sleeping. Don’t expect to have a peaceful night of sleep as the surrounding area has live music and parties nightly so if you want to sleep in peace go elsewhere. There are no elevators in this hotel so you will be climbing concrete stairs on a daily. Employees are nice but it was really annoying they keep asking you for your room number everywhere you go on the property. The food and drink serve at their restaurant was just ok. The Kuta location seems a lot nicer.

Our family with young kids stayed here on our holiday and we really enjoyed it! The hotel itself is located in a very convenient spot, a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and spacious and we loved having a pool when we weren't at the beach. The only thing to note is there may be noise/music at night from the clubs next to the hotel, but it didn't actually bother our family.

Loved the fact that it was a small hotel, and felt personal … breakfast was delicious, pool amazing, staff very friendly, food great & location brilliant.. just outside your on a bustling road but being at the back still quiet enough to sleep at night. We loved our stay. Pool was lovely, restaurant was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Loud music can be heard at night but when you choose to stay on Legian St, that’s to be expected. We would definitely stay again!
