Stay in one of the best villas in Lefkada. The breathtaking view to the famous islands of Ithaca, Atokos, Arkoudi bathed in the turquoise water, the summer sun, the History of the place; No other villas in Lefkada have the unique advantage of offering this magnificent view and being so close to the village. It is only 15 minutes walking distance ( 1 km ) where you can find many bars, tavernas, souvenirs and watch the never ending come and go of the numerous yachts. Completely autonomous, with a private parking area, each with 110sqm built in two levels, large verantas overlooking the swimming pool and a total private land of about 800 sqm for each villa. What a splendid way to spend your holidays! You have to be there…

Amphitheater built in a lush grove of simple materials, stone and wood, the Ionian Sea gaze giving the feeling, the hours of sunset, the sea that embraces the sun. The quiet, traditional manufacturing, green environment but mostly luxury is what stands out.

Getaway to Syvota
We were asked to change our property a few days before we were due to fly out. I asked for detailed pictures and a true representation of the property they were offering compared to what I had booked. I was sent pictures which made the property look good and assured that actúally the new property was their preferred villa… we felt totally misled as the pictures did not reflect the actual villa. In particular the infinity pool which now has a hedge blocking the view… apparently for privacy - which is ridiculous as there’s no one in front of you. The caretaker woúld turn up on a morning and was actually offensive on occasion. It felt like an intrusion of your privacy - but his manner was rude and arrogant. We certainly didn’t feel like we were not able to be free to enjoy the property!

we loved our stay at villa menta. my one complaint would be that we arrived at 11.00pm and there was no welcome pack. We had to go down to Sivota to buy coffee, milk, bread etc for the following morning. It would have been nice if a basic pack had been left

Very relaxing stay - the Villa is ideally situated above Sivota and within easy walking distance (albeit quite a climb on the way back).

Could not have been better in any respect
The property is absolutely fabulous. If there are downsides they are that you need to be a relatively confident driver to get up the narrow access driveway and it is a good 15 mins walk down to the village (need a torch at night).

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, es hat an nichts gefehlt, Dimitri der Housekeeper ist ein sehr coller Kerl und kann tolle Tipps geben. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Im Hafen unten gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker mit sehr leckeren und frischen Sachen. wir waren rundum zufrieden.
