VILLAS CARISMA - Natural Style Villas for 14+ people

VILLAS CARISMA are nested on a hill surrounding Sivota Bay, just a few minutes by walk (15-20 min) to the nearest village of Sivota or by car (5-8 min). There is a brand new asphalt road connecting the villa and Sivota village, built-in 2020.

VILLAS CARISMA are composed of two separated villas - Villa Cristina and Villa Giancarlo - just next to each other. They are built in an identical style; offering comfort and space for everyone. These original charming villas, surrounded by Olive trees, offer a peaceful view of the bay of Sivota. These villas are a great choice for groups who prefer privacy; nature lovers; adventurers and sea enthusiasts!

Both villas are fully equipped and air-conditioned; composed of 3 bedrooms - two with double beds, one with two single beds; plus an extra room with one single bed in Villa Cristina. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet in each villa will give you the necessary comfort to enjoy your vacation. The cleaning team is taking care of the pool and the villa cleaning twice a week. Extra cleaning is possible on request.

An outdoor terrace with a pergola to protect you from a strong sun in the high season, as well as a curtain system to reduce the wind in the evening allow you to enjoy a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner with the scent of local herbs and flowers. A lovely pool area with an outside shower and comfortable sun beds; an infinity pool will make your holiday restful and enjoyable! A large parking spot allows up to 2 cars parked just below the villas and potentially an extra 2 cars in front of the villas.

A Wi-fi Internet connection is going through a 3G Router and a system of prepaid cards. One card including 5Gb of data valid for 7 days is offered as part of our welcome package. Any extra card provided will be at cost.
