"This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time. "We stayed here 2 nights traveling through PA to Ohio. Picked the area to visit Koziar’s Christmas Village which we loved! The Cozy Cabin was super cute, clean and convenient. They were very accommodating letting us change our stay due to illness. Highly recommend - everything was great! "

"We had a great 3 week stay at the Sanctuary of the Swan. Kimberly and Dennis were great hosts. We Stayed in the apt. Above the Garage and we’re working nights at Limerick power station. It was quiet and peaceful during the day so we had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"What a unique place to stay! The open floor plan with plenty of bathrooms and amazing basement made this place an unforgettable experience. The owners thought of everything and made the stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend this place for your family getaway."

"This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets...
