"Caroline, the concierge on duty when we arrived, is phenomenal! She was engaging, funny, and extremely helpful. The room was as expected with easy access to the building and our room. We had our trepidations about the parking situation and it turned out to be a non-issue. We also had our concerns about the virtual front desk and boutique / niche feel for the hotel. This is not the hotel for everyone. We knew what we were reserving and knew about the low beds. This is not a negative criticism of the beds. The bed and mattress were great. Rather, after a good night’s sleep after an active day, my 59 year old knees didn’t like pushing me up from such a low height. That’s on me. I’ll be looking for the typical bed frame, box spring, and mattress offerings going forward. Final thought, read the instructions when you receive them. Ask a bunch of questions to prepare yourself. We did and our stay went very smoothly! Enjoy!"
