"While the gentleman at the front desk can be a bit cold, the women that work at the property are very pleasant. They were super accommodating and did a nice job cleaning the room during our stay. "We we were in the Out of Africa room, set apart in a complex of 4 suites in a unit apart from the Inn itself. The room was uniquely created to feel like an escape to Africa, and heated by a lovely gas fireplace. The breakfast both mornings, delicious. A perfect getaway!"

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). "A sweet little farm house perfect for a long weekend getaway. We love the lofty primary bed room and excellent mattress, exposed beams and well-supplied and modern kitchen. Great location between Lee and Lenox, made it easy to get all around the Berkshires. All the equipment and appliances m the house were clean and updated.
