"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "Fantastic location overlooking Lago di Ledro. Good value for money. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. If you want something off the beaten track this could be for you. Relatively easy access to Lake Garda with the local bus (30 minutes) if you want something more touristy. Apartments are very clean and comfortable if a little basic. Local beach has great swimming access and the newly opened museum in Molina (UNESCO heritage site) is extremely interesting. "

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sauber. Küche etwas minimalistisch ausgestattet, steht aber schon in der Wohnungsbeschreibung. Kompetente, freundliche und unkompliziertze Hilfe bei kleinen Beanstandungen/Reparaturen. Einfache aber funktionale Ausstattung der Zimmer. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Tagsüber etwas laut, liegt direkt an der Durchgangsstraße. "

Wonderful outdoor space and lots of storage for your bicycles or other gear. Short walk to have a sit and relax by the lake. Great restaurants with in walking distance. I highly recommend."

"Wir waren zum 2. Mal am Ledrosee bei Frau Ely. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen (obwohl das Wetter ein paar Tage nicht gut war) Besonders genossen haben wir die Nähe zum See und den eigenen Zugang. Frau Ely ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Wohnung zweckmäßig, Terrasse und Garten toll! Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder! Marion und Udo von der Ahr Frau Ely nicht gut war). "
