"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

"Dreadful!!! We have had marvelous experiences at other B&B's throughout the United Kingdom but our experience at The Moats B&B was absolutely awful and bizarre at the same time. We had travelled to Ledbury for a wedding celebration and pre-paid for a 4 night stay at the property. This property only allows you to check in between 6-8 PM, and on our first night we had a rehearsal dinner to attend and so were not able to check in. A sign at the property said that it was "closed" from 10 AM to 6...
