You would see the evening menu in the finest Western World restaurants. And the flavours are rich, bold, and intriguing. I fully intend to return to Bucaramanga for a multi-week or month stay--for the hotel experience only. It's the perfect place for those who want to get away from it all, think, write, read, relax, . . . The hot tub, sauna, steam room, massage and facial services, and rooftop pool-bar-restaurant all add to the appeal. Finally, I know of no better value (the pricing was extraordinarily competitive. For example, the Medellin hotels I stayed in were more than double the price and of a lesser quality). Pamper yourself at the Hotel Dann Carlton because you are worth it."
