"It didn’t say anything about it being a shared property other than “shared bathroom” which leads you to believe that you’ll only be sharing it with your party. Also in regards to the bathroom, the other guests in the house were slobs, rarely picking up after themselves. Other than that, our room was nice & we weren’t really there to say anything otherwise "

"The non functioning ait condtioning in a couple of the upstair bedrooms was disappointing. The air conditioning in the main floor area worked well. Otherwise the facility met our needs. It has a spcious kitchen for meal prepations. The gathering areas were spacious, nicely furnishe, and comfortable. The bunk room had comfortable and large sleeping areas."

" I had a wonderful stay at this house for one night. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The house was well-equipped, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The large living area made it feel very homey, and I appreciated how easy it was to settle in and relax. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay."

"This was a cute place and we only had to drive 7 minutes to get to the snow. The listing says there is a third bedroom with a sleeping couch but most won’t fit that sleeping couch. We still managed to fit our whole party in the 2 bedrooms, but it was tight."

"Very nice location and well equipped kitchen. House was comfortable. Beautiful sunset every evening and wonderfully quiet. We stayed here in July. I do not recommend this time of year. The house became quite toasty in the afternoons and did not cool down until sometime in the morning. The one AC unit in the living area worked well but the bedrooms never cooled down. We could not open the patio doors at night because of the concern about bears. We slept in the downstairs bedroom which was cooler...

"Great place to stay except for the “4th” bedroom which is not a bedroom at all. A little alcove in the corner with no wall air unit so it was sooo hot. All the other bedrooms got nice a cool. Other than that, the place was really perfect"
