- You also have the option of being without a concierge, for an additional fee.

- Because we are the "Villa Les Papangues" concierge, and we will share the same entrance, the same driveway and the same "parking lot (courtyard)". The villa is therefore entirely reserved for you, but we have an outbuilding attached to the villa, which acts as a concierge. You will only see us if you see us driving by the yard, to reach our outbuilding, or if you ask us, of course.

- The advantage is that we are available at any time of the day. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning, and in addition:

- You can also take advantage of the concierge service for cleaning, cooking, etc. for an additional fee



Domestic rules
The neighborhood is quiet. We ask you to respect it as much as possible. Do not make excessive noise after 9 p.m. in the courtyard and swimming pool of the villa. Do not move furniture. Pay attention to parquet and wooden furniture. Use coasters when necessary. Respect the appliances and technologies potentially present in the villa. No smoking in the house. Use ashtrays outdoors. Sort garbage properly. Be careful not to drop the weights on the floor. Do not break flowers and plants in the garden. Do not urinate in the pool. Your deposit will only be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures on your outing. We do not accept any overflow (too loud music, broken objects, damaged furniture, damaged plants, night noise).

Check-in guide
On arrival, you will be asked for identity documents in order to photocopy them. A welcome drink is offered to you. All instructions regarding the villa will be given to you upon check-in.
