"We had a brilliant stay here. The house is spacious, clean and full of character and offered a huge amount of space for our family. The outdoor space was perfect for a quiet retreat but the house is also located just minutes from lovely vineyards, local cheese producers as well as good morning trips to Arles, Uzès and Nimes. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"As our first venture to Provence, we could not have picked a better family home to stay in. Claude and his wife were great hosts and everything we needed as a family with a toddler was available. St Remy was a lovely visit and the market day on Wednesday was a real treat. However, the house manager was very contentious from the start, not very responsive, and definitely not interested in making our stay comfortable (no toilet paper or soap in the entire house when we arrived after a trans Atlantic flight, some dirty towels and argued about giving us more, lots of threats of additional charges, etc). She accused us of breaking a sun umbrella upon checkout that was broken when we arrived....

"We had a very good stay, we would like to thank the hosts for going literally the extra mile to give us a ride back to town when we had issues with the rental car. We did not use the pool as you had to go through a few gates and the mosquitos were loving us. I have never booked with Vrbo before and did not realize it did not include towels and sheets. I have used other online systems for booking homes and never had that experience. A very nice location with good wine and nice people."

"We wanted to visit the Camargue, its wildlife, its landscape and the beaches. We loved the house and the garden. The decor was great and a mix of modern eclectic, traditional Camargue and farmhouse cottage. There were only 5 adults in our group (2 others had to pull out), so we had loads of space. The self contained cottage in the garden was a great bonus, which wasn't obvious from the listing. The kitchen and dining room was very well equipped too."

"St Etienne du Gre is a quiet, unassuming community within close driving distance to St Remy, Avignon, Arles and Nimes. We're so glad to have found this place in this seemingly off the beaten path location. The host couple live close by and are very friendly. The place is cleand and well appointed.
